本品水性耐高温涂料是单组份高温防腐涂料,由水性有机硅树脂、耐高温颜料、特种添加剂组成,主要用于高温条件下的机械、设备、钢材、零部件等的水性涂装,具有优异的防护性能,耐热范围 200℃~500℃。

Single-component water-based high-temp anti-corrosion coating composed of water-based organosilicon resin, high-temp pigments, and special additives. Designed for machinery, equipment, steel, and components in high-temperature conditions — temperature range 200℃–500℃.

  • 水性环保:以水为稀释剂,无刺激气味,对环境污染小
  • 性能好:附着力好,柔韧性和冲击性能符合标准
  • 耐盐雾:耐盐雾性强,中性盐雾可达 96 小时
  • 操作简单:手工刷涂、滚涂、喷涂、无气喷涂均可

建议用于 500℃以下的零部件、设备防腐涂装,适用于汽车、农用机械、摩托车、排气管、消声器、零件高温涂装,也可用于烧烤架、采暖炉、烟囱、钢厂、热风炉等防护。

Recommended for components and equipment below 500℃ — automotive, agricultural machinery, motorcycles, exhaust pipes, mufflers, barbecue grills, heating furnaces, chimneys, steel mills, and hot-air stoves.

本品耐高温涂料由专用有机硅树脂、各种耐高温颜填料及特种添加剂组成的底面合一涂料,耐热 350–650℃。

An all-in-one primer-topcoat coating composed of dedicated organosilicon resin, high-temp pigments and fillers, and special additives. Heat resistance: 350–650℃.

纳米水性耐高温涂料是专为极端高温环境设计的特种涂料,耐温范围高达 800–1200℃,长期使用不脱落、不开裂。采用水性环保配方,无毒无味,施工安全便捷,干燥后形成坚固的陶瓷化保护层,有效抵抗高温氧化、腐蚀和积碳。

A specialty coating engineered for extreme high-temperature environments, with a heat resistance range of 800–1200℃. Water-based, non-toxic, odorless — forms a hard ceramic-phase protective layer after drying, effectively resisting oxidation, corrosion, and carbon buildup.
